Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential buyers
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain proper records of leads and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain professional relationships with clients for future business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Graduation preferred
