Key Responsibilities
Conduct training and induction programs for BPO sales employees.
Deliver product, process, sales, and communication training.
Develop training materials and conduct assessments.
Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure training effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a BPO Trainer.
Mandatory experience in a BPO Sales Process.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and training methodologies.
Ability to manage and motivate a batch of trainees.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
