We are expanding our admissions and student engagement team and are looking for energetic professionals to join us.
Job Role
We are hiring Telemarketing Officers to interact with prospective students, explain our technology programs, generate admissions, and support career guidance activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to guide students toward the right career programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain Technovalley programs, certifications, and career opportunities
- Follow up on inquiries generated through digital campaigns and walk-ins
- Convert leads into admissions
- Maintain student databases and CRM records
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
- Support promotional and counseling activities
- Achieve monthly targets and performance goals
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
