Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Follow up on client payments and maintain payment records.
* Handle vendor payments and expense tracking.
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
* Maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.
* Ensure proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
* Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
* Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
* Perform any other finance-related tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
* Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
* Good analytical and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and time management skills.
