Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Towards Students:
✅ Use different techniques and strategies to help students learn
✅ Plan fun and engaging activities to enhance learning
✅ Develop and use different tools to assess student progress
✅ Guide and supervise students during class, playtime, and breaks
Towards Parents:*
✅ Keep parents informed about their child’s progress
✅ Discuss any concerns or behavioral issues with parents
✅ Inform parents about school activities, excursions, and meetings
Towards Management:
✅ Keep parent feedback updated
✅ Encourage parent participation in meetings
✅ Attend staff meetings, educational programs, and school events
✅ Work well with peers, management, and non-teaching staff
✅ Maintain confidentiality of student information
