We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst / Product Owner (TechBA/PO) with 10+ years of experience in client-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and backlog management, while also being skilled in Agile methodologies. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving product strategy, and ensuring successful delivery. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.Strong ability to capture client needs, explore solutions, and present effectively in client-facing settings. Proven experience in writing user stories, including back-end feature stories. Hands-on experience in backlog creation and maintenance. Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices. Skilled in creating visual diagrams documenting user flows, validations, and conditional logic. Strong expertise in release planning, including creating and maintaining release goals. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication; effective at facilitating discussions across multiple levels. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management. Ability to foster transparency, trust, and collaboration across diverse teams. In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (planning, development, QA, change management, release management).
