Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines according to company procedures.
- Assist in machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Support routine maintenance activities.
- Record production data and machine performance details.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, ITI, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
