About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing Ed-Tech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing educational and corporate spaces aligned with the companys brand identity and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute interior and architectural projects for offices, learning centers, studios, and collaborative workspaces.
- Develop space planning concepts, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely project execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards, building regulations, and company guidelines.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Manage renovation, fit-out, and workspace optimization projects.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into design solutions.
- Handle budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor negotiations.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, sustainable practices, and workspace innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
- 7–10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Experience in corporate office, commercial, educational, or co-working space design preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Photoshop, and related design tools.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture design.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with fast-paced startups or Ed-Tech companies will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution capability.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to completion.
