We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Product Manager to lead AI-led product initiatives across our payments ecosystem. In this role you will identify where intelligent and automated experiences can meaningfully improve how merchants and users interact with our products — and own those bets from idea to shipped product. The specific surfaces will evolve over time, so we're looking for someone who can move with where the technology and the opportunities go.
Own and drive AI-powered product initiatives end to end — from identifying high-impact use cases to scoping, shipping, and iterating across a range of merchant and user-facing surfaces.
Translate ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
Partner cross-functionally (across payments, support, growth, and risk) to find where automation and smarter experiences create measurable value.
Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to decide what to scale, change, or kill.
Stay close to emerging AI capabilities and tooling, and make pragmatic calls on what's actually feasible and worth building as the landscape shifts.
