Job Description:
PVR is hiring a Chinese Cook for its food & beverage department. Candidates should have basic experience in Chinese cuisine preparation and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chinese dishes according to company standards
- Handle food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Ensure proper food storage and quality standards
- Support the kitchen team during rush hours
- Follow food safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Basic experience as a Chinese Cook is mandatory
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of Chinese sauces, fried rice, noodles, and starters
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Immediate joining preferred.
