Plumber
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective repair solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing specifications.
- Install and service pipes, valves, faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and proper functionality.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicate with customers or supervisors regarding repair needs, project progress, and maintenance recommendations.
- Respond to emergency plumbing repairs as required.
