Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer data, maintain strong customer relationships, and support sales through effective follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, and experience using CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Manage customer data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer communication.
- Generate daily and monthly CRM reports.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support customer retention, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or retail.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
