Professional Assistant - To Director Academic & HOD
Location : Thaltej Shilaj Road
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, phone calls, enquiries, and requests, ensuring timely communication and directing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism, creating a positive and comfortable experience.
- Maintain a well-organized, professional, and presentable office environment.
- Coordinate regularly with the administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to the reporting authority as required.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, ensuring seamless communication with all concerned departments.
- Maintain and manage the appointment calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and timely reminders.
- Handle day-to-day correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining official communications.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and forex coordination.
- Plan and manage daily, monthly, and annual schedules and calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, presentations, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
