The SAP SD Manager will have key responsibilities of leading the module/process area, SME for Sales & Logistics and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP SD solutions, supporting ongoing operations, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. The role is based out of Kolkata.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Order-to-Cash cycle.

Configure SAP SD components including:

Enterprise Structure

Customer Master & Material Master
-
Pricing (condition techniques)
-
Sales Documents (inquiry, quotation, orders)

Delivery, Shipping & Transportation
-
Billing & Invoicing
-
Credit Management
-
Output Determination
-
Support integration with SAP FI, MM, PP, PS and WM.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users.

Design and implement enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and custom reports (in collaboration with ABAP team).

Handle master data, cutover activities, and go-live support.

Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.

Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation/SOPs.

Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and business processes.

ATP (Available to Promise)

Third-party processing

Intercompany sales

Returns, rebates, and credit/debit memo processing

Revenue account determination

Good understanding of IDocs, EDI, and integration scenarios.

Knowledge of S/4HANA SD (Fiori apps, BP concept, new data model) is a plus.

Understanding of debugging and data tables such as VBAK, VBAP, LIKP, LIPS, KONV, VBRK, VBRP.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

SAP SD certification (optional but preferred).

Hands-on SAP SD experience in at least 4 end-to-end Greenfield S/4HANA implementations

Experience in S/4HANA projects is highly desirable.
