Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Order Management Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle E-Business Suite implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS Order Management solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver efficient supply chain and order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Order Management and related Supply Chain modules.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes including:
- Customer Order Entry
- Order Booking
- Pricing
- Shipping Execution
- Inventory Transactions
- Invoicing
- Returns Management
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Conduct CRP sessions, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
- Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and Oracle best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business teams.
