Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume outbound sales, conducting product demos, and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-frequency sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients through multiple channels.
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition of Prosperr.io’s solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Work in a high-frequency sales environment with quick turnaround times.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success & Tax Advisors) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and demo-based selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products clearly.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in closing deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
