Travel: Domestic and International As needed
Availability: Extended hours when CEO is traveling
Purpose of Position
Serve as the CEO's right hand by managing communications, coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring business performance, facilitating execution across departments, and ensuring timely follow-up on all CEO directives.
The Executive Assistant to CEO acts as a force multiplier for the CEO, enabling efficient decision-making and execution across all business units.
Key Responsibilities1. Executive Communications Management
- Monitor CEO emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and business communications
- Draft responses for CEO approval
- Follow up on outstanding communications
- Escalate urgent matters immediately
- Maintain communication tracker
2. Task Delegation & Follow-Up
- Receive CEO directives
- Assign tasks to appropriate managers
- Track completion status
- Escalate delays
- Provide daily completion reports
3. Dashboard Monitoring
Monitor:
- Revenue dashboards
- Recruitment dashboards
- Student enrollment dashboards
- Marketing dashboards
- Retail store dashboards
- HR dashboards
Alert CEO whenever KPIs exceed thresholds.
4. Internal Team Coordination
Conduct regular meetings with:
- Head of Revenue
- Head of Marketing
- HR Manager
- Consultancy Managers
- Technology Team
- Colombia Team Leads
Prepare updates and action items.
5. Strategy & SWOT Support
- Participate in SWOT analysis
- Research market opportunities
- Develop action plans
- Coordinate execution teams
- Monitor strategic projects
6. Travel & Executive Support
- Design itineraries
- Manage travel bookings
- Prepare meeting schedules
- Coordinate logistics
- Airport pickups and drop-offs
- Accompany CEO during business trips when required
7. Meeting Management
Attend meetings with:
- Universities
- Sponsors
- Agents
- Employers
- Strategic Partners
Responsibilities:
- Prepare agenda
- Take Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Distribute action items
- Follow up on execution
8. Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with:
- University partners
- Employers
- Sponsors
- Agents
- Vendors
- Government stakeholders
9. Project Management
Manage special projects:
- New country launches
- Partnership development
- Business expansion
- Technology implementation
- Recruitment campaigns
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA preferred
- 2+ years operations/project management experience
- Excellent English communication
- Experience with international business
- Strong Excel and dashboard skills
- Comfortable working across US time zone
- 4 wheeler DL
- Passport ready for international travel
- Highly organized and execution-focused
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
