Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to support our sales and growth initiatives by providing strategic guidance during the pre-sales process. This role involves, reaching out to clients, understanding client requirements, designing effective digital strategies, and contributing to deal closures through consultative engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client discovery calls and understand business objectives
- Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Website, etc.)
- Develop high-level strategies, campaign plans, and budget suggestions
- Support sales team in proposals, presentations, and client discussions
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution teams
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of sales specially in digital marketing channels and strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand business needs and provide practical solutions
- Experience in client-facing, consulting, or pre-sales roles
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM systems
Performance Expectations
This is a revenue-impact role requiring a results-driven approach:
- Meeting minimum performance and contribution targets is mandatory
- KPIs include conversion support, strategy effectiveness, and client engagement quality
- Performance will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with business goals
