Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development & Operations Manager to lead internal operations, coordinate creative shoots, and support client engagement and business growth. This is a hybrid role for someone who can manage timelines, drive processes, and assist in growing the business through strong communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Coordination:
- Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, proposals, and onboarding new clients.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal creative teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Operations & Project Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow of ongoing projects and campaigns.
- Manage internal task allocation, team coordination, and deadline tracking.
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency.
Shoot Planning & Coordination:
- Organize and oversee photoshoots and video productions, including scheduling, location scouting, and on-ground logistics.
- Ensure shoot requirements are met, including coordination with talent, equipment, and crew.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, operations, or account/project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots and client meetings.
