Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Intern

Roles & ResponsibilitiesTelecalling
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Social Media
- Assist in managing the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts related to IT Services and Cybersecurity.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries.
Back Office Operations
- Prepare and maintain customer databases.
- Update sales reports and daily activity trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation.
- Support proposal preparation, quotations, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle general office coordination and data management.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
