KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Handle end-to-end procurement of materials and equipment for both infrastructure/civil projects and interior fit-out projects.
- Identify, develop and evaluate vendors across infra material categories (steel, cement, aggregates, structural items, equipment) as well as interior material categories (plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, furniture, lighting and soft furnishings).
- Negotiate rates, commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery schedules. Prepare and release purchase orders through the ERP system.
- Coordinate with site teams — both infrastructure sites (including Assam) and interior project sites in Kolkata — for material planning and timely supply.
- Prepare quotation comparisons and techno-commercial analysis for both verticals. Monitor delivery status and resolve supply-related issues across infra and interior projects.
- Maintain a consolidated vendor database and purchase documentation for both business lines.
- Drive cost control through effective negotiation and alternate sourcing.
- Coordinate with the design team on interior material/finish specifications, and with stores, accounts and project teams for smooth procurement operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
