Manage end-to-end manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding for the site warehouse.
Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees and site management, addressing employee relations and workplace concerns.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational standards and local labor laws.
Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and compliance monitoring.
Facilitate training and development programs tailored to enhance warehouse workforce skills and productivity.
Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations within the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals through effective human resource strategies.
Analyze workforce metrics and vendor performance data to drive continuous improvement.
