Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, courier partners, and customer support team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate inward stock, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper packaging standards and quality checks before dispatch.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
Courier & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor courier performance, including delivery timelines, RTO rates, and shipment issues.
- Resolve courier-related escalations, lost shipments, damaged parcels, and delivery delays.
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries through email, phone, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, replacements, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing quick and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate internally with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
Operations & Reporting
- Prepare daily operational reports, including order status, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
- Track key operational metrics such as order processing time, delivery success rate, RTO percentage, and customer response time.
- Assist in implementing SOPs to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams during product launches and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain.
- Good understanding of warehouse management and inventory control.
- Experience working with courier aggregators and logistics partners.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar order management systems.
- Prior experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand is preferred.
