Job Summary
Unbox Mee World Holidays is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Travel Sales Intern / Associate. This role is focused on designing and selling customized travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating personalized travel itineraries, and driving conversions. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-time travel sales, client interaction, and end-to-end travel planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create customized domestic and international travel packages based on client requirements.
- Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel needs to curate personalized itineraries.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
- Handle end-to-end sales process including proposal creation, costing, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, pricing, and industry trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
Eligibility / Job Requirements
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel sales are preferred.
- Students or freshers with prior internship or training experience in travel (domestic/international packages) can also apply.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into customized travel solutions.
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating customized itineraries and costing.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
