Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, ELB, EBS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, Elasticache, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Lambda, Step Functions, VPC, ECS, ECR, EKS, Route 53, WAF, Lambda @ edge, Kinesis, OpenSearch.

Hands on Experience/knowledge on Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, NodeJS, IIS etc.

Strong Troubleshooting skills on Middleware platforms (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, NodeJS, IIS etc.).

Perform Linux operating system maintenance and administration, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Good Experience/Knowledge in understanding on Heap Dumps, Thread pools, Connections pools, Stack trace, thread dumps etc.
-
Install, configure, manage, customize, and troubleshoot APM solutions, primarily in Dynatrace.

Create configuration and installation documents, design documents, SOPs and other project governance and technical documents.

Should have strong knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring tool.

Strong in Create dashboards, custom views, metrics, and alerts in the Dynatrace Dashboard Tool.

Must have strong functional and working knowledge of Dynatrace.

Maintain the Dynatrace components effectively without any issues.

Expertise in problem solving within deadlines without impact on the customer.

Experience in performing application performance analysis.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure high availability and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new applications and services.

Knowledge on Docker, ECS, Kubernetes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4-10 years of experience in AWS Application support Engineer or a similar role.

Proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, ELB, EBS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, Elasticache, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Step Functions, VPC, ECS, ECR, EKS, Route 53, WAF, Lambda @ edge, Kinesis, Lambda, OpenSearch and CloudWatch.

Dynatrace administration and implementations(Install, configure, manage, customize, and troubleshoot APM solutions, primarily in Dynatrace.)

Experience with Linux operating system maintenance and administration.
