- Security Check: Ensure the security of the premises and employees by monitoring access points and maintaining visitor logs.
- Small Purchases Related to Admin Team: Procure items necessary for the functioning of the admin department (stationery, office supplies, etc.).
- Parcel Handling: Ensure all parcels and deliveries are handled promptly and securely.
- Miscellaneous Items: Manage and track miscellaneous items required by the admin team.
- Delegation Sheet to Employees: Assign and track tasks for employees based on the department’s needs.
- FMS Time Lags Reminder: Remind employees of the FMS time lags and ensure timely completion of requests.
- Asset Handling of the Company: Ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and management of company assets.
- Other Extra Works Assigned by Management: Ensure completion of ad hoc tasks as delegated by management.
