About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Content Researcher & Script Writer who can consistently find fresh social media ideas and convert them into strong Reel concepts, hooks and scripts.
You will be responsible for researching what is trending in the fitness and supplement industry and creating content ideas that can educate, entertain and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trending content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
- Study fitness creators, supplement brands and competitors in India and internationally.
- Identify trending topics, formats, memes, hooks and conversations.
- Generate fresh Reel and social media content ideas every day.
- Write short-form scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Create strong attention-grabbing opening hooks.
- Create educational, entertaining, promotional, comparison and trend-based content concepts.
- Research common customer questions and turn them into content.
- Research products and create easy-to-understand content around their features and positioning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Give creators clear instructions regarding visuals, shots and presentation.
- Research viral content and adapt relevant trends for the brand without blindly copying competitors.
- Work closely with Content Creators, Video Editors, Designers and the Influencer Coordinator.
- Analyse previous content performance and suggest new ideas based on what is working.
- Maintain an organised bank of content ideas, hooks, scripts and references.
Script Structure
Scripts should generally include:
Hook → Main Content → Visual Direction → CTA
Requirements
- Excellent research and creative thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good Hindi/Hinglish and English writing ability.
- Ability to write natural scripts rather than overly formal content.
- Strong understanding of hooks and audience retention.
- Ability to generate fresh ideas consistently.
- Basic understanding of fitness, supplements and bodybuilding is preferred.
- Previous content writing, copywriting or social media experience is an advantage.
