Job Summary:
An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients. They build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver products or services that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer support, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews.
- Meet revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
