We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to coordinate and manage our digital activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between doctors, the clinic team, and creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all digital activities related to Chikitsa Clinic and associated doctors
- Act as the primary liaison between the clinic/doctors and external creative or marketing agencies
- Coordinate the development of creatives, posters, videos, social media posts, and promotional material
- Collect and organize content inputs from doctors including clinical updates, achievements, awareness topics, and campaign ideas
- Ensure timely execution and publishing of digital campaigns
- Review creatives for accuracy and alignment with clinic branding before approvals
- Coordinate social media calendars and content schedules
- Track ongoing campaigns and maintain smooth communication among all stakeholders
- Support digital initiatives for events, CMEs, health awareness campaigns, and clinic promotions

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing workflows
- Ability to work with designers, agencies, and healthcare professionals
- Basic understanding of healthcare communication is preferred
- Experience with Canva, content coordination, or digital marketing tools is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration preferred)
- Prior experience in digital coordination, social media management, or client servicing is desirable
