Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall HR operations and administration
- Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance management
- Maintain employee records and statutory compliance
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure smooth payroll coordination and HR reporting
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning
- Maintain discipline and workplace professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR management
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
