Lead all testing deliverables and oversee execution against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Manage multiple projects and programmes across diverse testing domains.Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 direct reports and manage larger extended delivery teams of up to 30–50 resources.Define, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.Translate business and service owner requirements into comprehensive testing plans and ensure successful execution.Take ownership of all testing phases and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.Review and approve testing deliverables, test milestones, estimates, schedules, resource requirements, and budgets.Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful programme delivery.Oversee test environments, tools, configuration management activities, and defect management processes.Drive service transitions and the introduction of new testing services.Identify opportunities to optimise testing processes, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery outcomes.Manage service reporting, governance meetings, test reviews, and exit boards.Partner closely with Vodafone stakeholders, vendors, delivery teams, and service owners to ensure alignment and delivery success.Support resource planning, recruitment, capability development, forecasting, budgeting, and demand management activities.Review estimations and work products produced by Test Leads and Test Managers, ensuring quality and consistency across delivery.
