Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and result-driven professional to lead Public Relations, Admissions, and Marketing functions. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing the institution’s visibility, driving student admissions, managing media relations, and executing marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand and reputation of the college.
Key Responsibilities
1. Public Relations & Media Management
Develop and execute PR strategies to build a strong institutional image
Establish and maintain relationships with media, press, and digital platforms
Draft and release press notes, news articles, and official communications
Ensure media coverage of campus events, achievements, and announcements
Handle crisis communication and manage public perception
2. Admissions Management
Plan and execute admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets
Lead and monitor the complete admission process (inquiries to enrollments)
Coordinate with counselors, departments, and management
Organize admission drives, seminars, and awareness campaigns
Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, and educational consultants
Track admission data, analyze trends, and improve conversion rates
3. Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Manage advertising, hoardings, print media, and digital promotions
Oversee social media marketing and website content
Plan promotional events, exhibitions, and outreach activities
Strengthen the institution’s brand identity and positioning
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related field
3–7 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or PR (education sector preferred)
Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
Proven experience in admissions and marketing strategy
