Data Management: Input, update, and maintain digital databases, customer records, and inventory systems.Administrative Support: Perform essential clerical duties including filing, scanning documents, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies.Financial Processing: Prepare company invoices, record receipts, process bills, and assist with basic bookkeeping.Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports and operational summaries using spreadsheets.Interdepartmental Coordination: Bridge communication gaps between management, the sales team, and front-office staff.Calendar Management: Required Skills and CompetenciesSoftware Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced features in Excel and Word.Data Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP tools (like SAP), and basic accounting programs.Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a sharp eye for finding formatting or spelling mistakes.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for smooth internal reporting.Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and meet tight deadlines.Problem-Solving: Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Prior experience as an office executive, administrative assistant, or data entry clerk is highly valued.
