As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service by leveraging your exceptional communication skills to ensure that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role will require you to accurately identify client issues and design effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Event Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in managing incidents and service requests within IT operations.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
