We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to contact potential customers, generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and support the sales team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer data and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
