Lakshmi Builders & Developers is looking for a Receptionist cum Office Assistant to manage front-office and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls on EPBX system and route to relevant departments
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams on pending matters
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and Payment Vouchers
- Maintain bank books and basic accounting entries
- Draft letters, maintain records, and handle filing/documentation
- General office administration and coordination support
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Prior experience with EPBX/office phone systems preferred
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi a plus)
- Basic understanding of vouchers, purchase orders, and office accounts
- Well-organized, presentable, and proactive
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar admin/front-office role preferred
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
