Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution

Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in assigned territories.

Actively participate in Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to drive brand visibility and sales.
Retail Networking:

Identify, onboard, and expand the retail network within assigned territories to ensure optimal market penetration.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing them with the necessary support and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Actively engage with retail partners to gather market insights, ensure proper product placement, and drive sales through effective collaborations and promotional strategies.
Sales Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.

Prepare sales reports for management and provide insights on market performance.

Leverage data to identify opportunities for improving sales effectiveness.
Collaboration

Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with the product team to understand offerings and relay client feedback.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
