Position: Plumber
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Hinjawadi, Pune
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
Qualification: ITI Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent trade certification
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate Preferred
Job Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial buildings.
Install and maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary pipelines.
Identify and rectify leakages, blockages, and plumbing defects.
Install and maintain bathroom fittings, water tanks, pumps, valves, and fixtures.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems.
Coordinate with site engineers and other contractors to complete work as per project schedules.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of plumbing systems, CPVC, UPVC, GI, and PPR piping.
Knowledge of plumbing tools and testing procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.
