Key Responsibilities
1. RecruitmentManage end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout)Ensure closure of positions within defined TATMaintain candidate database and recruitment trackerCoordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
2. HR Operations & Daily TransactionsHandle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputsManage employee onboarding and documentationProcess HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit)Handle employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit)Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
3. AdministrationOversee day-to-day office operationsManage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, courier, etc.)Track office supplies, assets, and inventoryEnsure smooth functioning of workplace facilities
4. Reporting & MISPrepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reportsMaintain recruitment tracker, attendance reports, attrition dataEnsure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports
5. Compliance & CoordinationSupport statutory compliance (PF, ESI, audits)Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teamsEnsure process adherence and proper documentation
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
- Office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and grievance resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and HR documentation/reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
