Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and hands-on individuals from the 2026 graduating batch to join our technical field execution team. As an Electrician, you will be at the core of our on-ground operations, responsible for the safe and efficient electrical wiring, component setup, and system testing of solar panel installations across Bangalore.
This is a field-oriented technical role designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and executing precise technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute safe and accurate AC and DC wiring for rooftop solar installations, string connections, and inverter integrations.
- Install, configure, and test solar inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and distribution boards (ACDB/DCDB).
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, local electrical regulations, and V Sustain Solar quality benchmarks.
- Install proper earthing systems and lightning arresters for maximum system safety.
- Conduct site inspections, diagnose electrical faults, and perform repairs and maintenance when required.
- Collaborate with mechanical fitters and site managers to ensure timely project completion and commissioning.
Who Can Apply?
Graduation: Final-year students and 2026 pass-outs are eligible.
Preferred Background: Electrical Engineering students are highly preferred. However, candidates from any engineering or diploma branch with strong electrical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of basic electrical circuits

- Awareness of electrical safety practices
