Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business from the US market by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing IT service projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from the US market.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, ZoomInfo, email campaigns, and other lead generation platforms.
- Reach out to prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and deliver the best solutions.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Proven experience in acquiring US/International clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of IT services including:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Laravel
- React.js
- Magento
- Custom Software Development
