Job Description
- Assembly, installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment used for processing and packaging of milk, ice cream, and other dairy products.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues faced by customers.
- Carry out thorough diagnosis of supplied equipment and provide recommended solutions to resolve challenges.
- Provide training, explain Dos & Don'ts, and offer telephonic support to customers.
- Implement solutions to minimize or eliminate machine downtime.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with minimum to zero wastage of products and packaging materials.
- Ensure optimum utilization of space and smooth functioning of machines.
- Assist the Service Head and prepare reports on a regular basis after final inspections.
- Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs and assist in designing machine manufacturing processes and schedules.
- Conduct machine trials before dispatch.
- Provide valuable suggestions for continuous improvement of machines.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and field modifications.
- Follow all company rules and regulations.
- Extensive travelling throughout India and abroad.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical) / ITI.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated and innovative in techniques and problem-solving.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
