Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives with strong communication skills to drive sales for residential plotted developments, handle client interactions, and support deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads and convert them into site visits
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales and client handling
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of real estate is an added advantage
