Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator with excellent Hindi and English typing skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day computer operations, maintaining records, preparing documents, managing data accurately, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in company software, Excel sheets, and ERP systems.
- Type documents, letters, reports, and official correspondence in both Hindi and English.
- Prepare, edit, format, and print various office documents.
- Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- Scan, photocopy, and upload documents as required.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain daily operational records.
- Coordinate with different departments for documentation and data updates.
- Handle emails and official correspondence professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Assist in other administrative and office support activities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Diploma or Certificate in Computer Applications is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy in Hindi and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of internet browsing, email handling, and file management.
- Familiarity with ERP/software-based data entry will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of computers and printers will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–1 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with excellent typing skills may also apply.
Preferred Typing Skills
- English Typing Speed: 35–40 WPM or above
- Hindi Typing Speed: 25–30 WPM or above
- High level of typing accuracy with minimal errors.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
