- Identify and translate emerging global & domestic fashion trends into high-velocity commercial collections.
- Focus on fabric innovation, specialized washes, trims, and unique silhouettes to create defensible, differentiated products.
- Work backward from target retail price points to engineer high perceived value without engaging in low-margin price wars.
- Build standout "hero products" with high customer demand and strong repeat purchase rates.
