- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Retrieve data from primary/secondary sources and filter or "clean" datasets to remove duplicates, errors, and skewed outliers.
- Database Management: Design and maintain databases or data systems that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Analysis & Modeling: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to solve specific business problems.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling data stories using graphs, charts, and dashboards to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Define, establish, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance.
- Proficiency in SQL (for data extraction), Excel (for analysis and reporting), and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (for visualization). Programming languages like Python or R are often preferred.
