Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting onboarding activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment strategies, HR operations, and candidate management while providing an opportunity to develop strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and monitor applications.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Assist with offer rollouts, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
- Support employee engagement, training, and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in HR compliance activities and perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Experience and Skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is an added advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a candidate-centric approach.
· Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple job openings, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
· Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle, HR processes, and candidate screening techniques.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling candidate and employee information.
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
· Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
· Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, or Apna.
· Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS, or recruitment tools.
· Experience in interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
· Understanding of HR documentation, employee records, and recruitment reporting.
· Exposure to campus hiring, employer branding, or employee engagement initiatives is an added advantage.

Performance-Based Full-Time Opportunity
Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, performance will be reviewed. Selected candidates will be converted to full-time employees with a CTC of ₹3.4–4.0 LPA based on performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
