Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound calls to existing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers. The role focuses on calling customers, explaining AMC benefits, addressing concerns, and successfully renewing existing AMC contracts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing AMC customers for renewal and retention
Explain AMC features, benefits, pricing, and renewal offers clearly
Follow up with customers whose AMC is due or expired
Handle customer objections professionally and convert calls into renewals
Update customer details, call status, and renewal outcomes in the CRM system
Coordinate with service and operations teams for customer support issues
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
