- Real Estate Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, and corporate professionals within the real estate market.
- HR Operations & Policy: Implement, update, and manage company policies, employee handbooks, and performance metrics aligned with industry standards.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a transparent, motivated, and collaborative workplace environment.
- Performance Management: Manage the appraisal cycles and handle Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Compliance & Payroll Co-ordination: Ensure adherence to corporate regulations and labor laws; coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
