Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Lead and coordinate electricians and technicians at the work site.
- Ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower.
- Inspect electrical equipment, panels, wiring, and systems regularly.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and work completion reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments. Ensure availability of tools, materials, and spare parts. Conduct safety briefings and enforce the use of PPE. Train and guide junior electricians and technicians. Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvements. Handle emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹11,106.64 - ₹35,671.32 per month
